Request Download Password and Updated Unlock Information
To increase security and protect us and our customers from piracy, adware, and spyware, the trial version of Qimage can no longer be unlocked and only registered users may download the "unlockable" version via a password protected download. If you are a registered user and need an updated download password/unlock code, you may use the form below to submit your request.

1 If you were using a different email address when you registered or last requested an unlock code, please enter your current email address in item 2 above and also indicate your old email address(es) on the first line of the "Message" box above so that we can verify that we are sending your password/unlock information to the right person.
2 The registered user name is typically your name or the name of your company and it appears on your registered copy of Qimage under "Help", "Registration Info". We're looking for the name that was displayed on the window where you entered your unlock code when you last unlocked Qimage, not the user name you used in your web browser for downloading the software, so please do not enter "qimage" or your download password in this field. Your existing/old registered user name and unlock code are your proof of purchase. Both the registered user name and unlock code must match (any) previous registration information sent to you by ddisoftware, Inc. via email (or on the back of your CD sleeve if you ordered Qimage on CD). Please keep this information in a safe place. If you already purchased Qimage but you are unable to locate your registration information, you will have to re-register (below).
