Mike is the creator of Qimage and owner of ddisoftware, Inc.
He has always found it beneficial to be in direct contact with his customers for questions and feedback.
He has help with things like billing and accounting but if you email us with a question about Qimage, you will get a response from the creator himself: Mike Chaney!

Phone support:

No, we don't provide phone support.  We do all tech support via email directly to Mike.  Mike doesn't have time to talk on the phone while he is busy improving the products that he sells, but he does take time out during the day to respond directly to customers.  We find this far more efficient than the phone "support" provided by other companies where you are transferred to a receptionist 5000 miles away who is also responding to callers asking about the latest "ScamNow" infomercial at the same time.  With nearly all phone support provided by other companies, by the time you get anyone with any knowledge whatsoever about the product, Mike will have already responded to your email directly... and probably even had time for a followup!  :-)
