What about future upgrades?

You only have to order Qimage once! Once you have ordered the software, you will receive the unlock code which will allow you to download and unlock the latest demo (unlock code only has to be entered once).  All future upgrades, therefore, are free regardless of any price changes for new versions.  Due to complications with copying software, etc. all sales are final. If you want to know if the software will work on your machine, download the demo version first and try it out.

How do I get the upgrade?

Simply download and install the registered version and you're ready to go. If you purchased Qimage and need an updated download password or unlock code because your old/existing registration information doesn't work for the latest version, you can request an updated password/unlock code via this form.  You'll need your existing (purchased) registration information in order to get the updated download password and unlock code.  Important: please back up your registration email as you'll need the information in that email in order to receive free upgrades (see below).

What if I lose my registration information?

Please save or back up your registration information as it is your proof of purchase and will allow you to apply for updated registration information at any time using our automated system.  You can always get an updated download password or unlock code as long as you have any prior registration information to submit on the request form!  If you have lost all prior registration information and you are not able to provide (any previous) unlock code when filling out the form for an updated password/code, there will be a $7 fee for manual search and re-registration.  Once you buy Qimage, all upgrades are free but due to the number of customers we must support (essentially for free), we are not able to absorb the cost of replenishing lost registration information, hence the $7 fee for replenishing lost registrations.  Bottom line: you are responsible for your registration information and making a backup of your information is a small price to pay to ensure lifetime free upgrades.  And of course, $7 is also a small price to pay us to restore lost data.  Most companies charge more than that for their "extended download service"... and they still charge you for major upgrades!
