What level of support do you provide for the retired Lite, Pro, and Studio editions?
Since Lite, Pro, and Studio are retired products, support is limited to technical questions about how to use the products. Even though we plan to extend usability of Lite, Pro, and Studio to stay compatible with future operating systems, the development cycle (life) of these older products has come to an end along with the "free lifetime upgrades". As such, we expect users to be responsible for their own data and we cannot replace unlock codes or send old/archived versions for free. We do, however, provide a service where we can replace lost or extremely old registrations for a small fee for those who just want the old product back and do not need the new Qimage Ultimate in active production. The fee covers the resources associated with resending lost registrations and updating extremely old registrations that expired due to customers not updating the product in 3 or more years prior to it being retired.
What about future updates?
Qimage Lite, Pro, and Studio are retired products and as such, they do not receive new features. We do, however, keep them up to date by providing biannual compatibility updates free of charge to ensure that they are compatible with the latest operating systems and drivers. If you are happy with the features in Lite, Pro, and Studio and you do not need the innovative new features found in our new Qimage Ultimate product, the Lite, Pro, and Studio editions are a cost effective way of getting excellent print quality and features in a photo printing application.

Simply download and install the registered version and you're ready to go.
