If you are a registered user who previously purchased Qimage but you are unable to provide your existing/old registered name and unlock code due to loss of the software and no archived or printed copy of your registration information, we can manually locate your account and re-register you for a search fee of $7.00*. Please be aware that you must provide enough information for us to locate you in our database as failure to provide your name and/or e-mail address as stated on the original order may result in failure to locate your account and denial of re-registration. If you are unsure whether you ever purchased the software and don't want to risk the $7.00 search fee, you can repurchase Qimage here. Please print a copy of your new registration information and keep it in a safe place for future reference.
