Qimage Ultimate

Hello I am a new member.
Last year I purchased the Ultimate version and it worked great. I also got the backup disc. The computer shut down suddenly and now Qimage wil not work, it has lost all the settings. Do I uninstall Qimage . will the back up disc reinstall Qimage Ultimate.

If you do need to re-install QU, there's usually no need to uninstall first.
There have been many updates to QU in the past year, if you've downloaded those and at least kept the latest, use that rather than the disc.

Terry-m, Thanks for your reply. I moved back to a restore point but it was just the same. Then I realised it was the profiles that were missing for the Canon pro 100 so I put the
Canon disc back in and installed again. All the drivers and profiles are back in. Qimage is working ok again.
