Title: lost printer drivers Post by: partlo on November 13, 2013, 12:43:19 PM Hello - My 1st post. I recently updated my Ultimate to v2014.125 and discover that I no longer can see my printers in the print setup box. How can I get them back?

Thanks in advance jim partlo Hi Jim, First thing to try might be HELP in Qimage and reset printer. After that a reboot of the computer If still not there, check Printers and devices. See if you see the drivers. Qimage, when it opens, immediately checks windows for a printer report, and uses that to populate the Printer Setup box. Let us know.
