We offer excellent software support via email.  Simply send us a support email and you'll get a response directly from the program author!  You will normally receive a response within 12-24 hours.

Coming soon... a forum dedicated to TT Dyno at Mike Chaney's Tech Corner.  This is a great place to get support and submit ideas for future versions.

System requirements for TT Dyno:

TT Dyno will run on any Windows based system including 32 and 64 bit versions of XP, Vista, and Windows 7.  But don't take our word for it: download the 7 day trial and give it a spin!

We do not offer a Mac version:

We do not currently have plans for a Mac version.  If you like, you can download the 7 day trial and give it a try under Fusion or Parallels.

Upgrades:

When you register TT Dyno, you get free upgrades for 6 months.  If you would like to continue upgrading beyond six months from your initial purchase, you can purchase another six months of updates for only $12.99.

About data log file formats:

TT Dyno already supports CSV (comma separated value) or tab-delimited saves/exports from most of the popular tuning and data logging tools, but if TT Dyno is not able to read (the header/column) information in your log file, just send us a sample log file and we will likely be able to support it in the next version.  In the mean time, you can still use TT Dyno: just create a CSV or tab delimited file where the first three data columns contain the time stamp, RPM, and vehicle speed in that order.
