Hi,
I placed an order for Profile Prism on the 6 Jul 2014 04:02:08 PDT, payed using paypal. I got a receipt from paypal but no communications from ddisoftware.
On the 9th of July I sent a mail to mchaney@ddisoftware.com asking for updates on my order, but I got no answer yet.
Could ddisoftware please let me know what's going on?
