I have an Epson P7000 printer and I will be away a little over two weeks and it will be sitting idle. I am concerned about getting clogged nozzles during that time, so the Purge Sheet feature of Qimage Ultimate is attractive. Basic question, if the computer (Windows 11) is in sleep/idle mode, will the  program run a scheduled purge mode unattended? I assume I can use roll paper and run it every 5th day or so until I return.

The computer can't be sleeping as sleep/hibernate is basically a mode of being "off".  The computer has to be on so that processes and services can continue running.

So I guess if I am not around, I need to use a/the Task Scheduler to "wake" the computer shortly before the Purge Sheet is scheduled to run. This appears the only possibility unless I shut off the sleep mode feature while I am away.

Yes, that's an option.  Me, I leave my computers on.  I've run every computer I've ever owned 24/7 and they only get turned off for maintenance (air dusting).  Never had an issue with any of them; power off/on cycles are harder on a computer than just leaving them on so I wouldn't worry about leaving one on for a couple weeks provided it is in good working order.  Of course a battery backup is the only way to mitigate power outages.

I also run my computer 24/7, but I can't believe a printer would have a clog problem in 2 weeks of non-use.

I have read where some evidently have a clog issue if left non used for 2 to 3 days
