Lite, Professional, Studio
Which Qimage edition is right for me?
Three editions in one download
All three editions of Qimage (Lite, Professional, Studio) are now available in the same download/installation. Having only one version to download means that everyone runs the same version but you only need to pay for the features you actually use! Only need the Lite features? Just purchase a Lite Edition unlock code. Need the Studio Edition features for your business? Buy a Studio Edition unlock code.
Trade-up offers: just pay the difference!
If you are a current owner of the Lite or Professional Edition of Qimage, the latest version will automatically run as a Lite/Professional Edition (whichever you purchased). We offer you the ability to trade up to a different edition by simply paying the current price difference between editions. For example, owners of Qimage Professional Edition can trade up to the ultimate-featured Studio edition by paying $40 which is the price difference between the Studio and Professional Editions. Your current user name and unlock code (or user name and product validation key) will be required to move to a new edition. Note that we only allow trading up, not down! We will not give refunds for moving "backwards" so please make sure you need the features identified with the edition you purchase. Click here to apply for a trade-up using our simple online form.
Identifying Lite/Studio features when running in demo mode
The 30 day demo runs as the Professional Edition, so it is important to understand that there are some features that work in the demo that will be disabled should you purchase the Lite Edition. Similarly, there are features that you will not be able to access while using the demo because those features are unique to the Studio Edition. To help identify these features, use the legend below. While browsing through features in the demo, some features in the demo will be labeled with italics or strikethrough per the legend below.
Italics - Features that appear in the demo with text in italics are features that are not
available in the Lite Edition.
Strikethrough - Features that appear in the demo with text in strikethrough are features that
require the Studio Edition.
