• We do not offer a Mac version: Qimage runs on all Windows platforms including Vista.

• We handle all support requests via email: typical initial response time is just a few hours on weekdays.  Even if you purchase the CD version instead of the downloadable version, you will need a working email address to obtain support, notices about free upgrades, password/code change notices, etc.
